Do you already hold a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from my brand?
Only if your brand has granted us one. We never claim or imply an authorization we do not hold. If you have not authorized us, this page is our request to start that conversation — and our commitment to operate by your rules once you do.
How do you handle MAP and pricing?
We advertise at or above your Minimum Advertised Price and follow your published pricing policies. We are happy to align on your pricing rules in writing before we list a single SKU.
How do I know Infinite Finds is a real, accountable company?
We are a New York–registered LLC, founded in 2024, owner-operated by Mahmudul Hasan, with a published business address in Bronx, NY, a working phone, and a direct email. You can confirm the entity in the NY Department of State database.
Will authorizing you add to my unauthorized-seller problem?
No — the opposite. We operate one transparent storefront under one accountable LLC. Authorizing a disciplined, identifiable seller gives you a known partner and makes the remaining unknown sellers easier to police.
Where do you source product?
We pursue authorized, traceable supply and sell only genuine product. We are also open to sourcing directly from you or your approved distributors so listings stay accurate and brand-safe.
What product categories do you focus on?
Everyday consumables — packaged grocery and pantry, household essentials, health and personal care, and pet and home consumables — where consistent replenishment and accurate dating matter most.
How quickly will I hear back?
A real person typically replies to brand inquiries within one business day.
Are you compliant with Walmart Brand Registry and brand-gating rules?
Yes. We operate within Walmart Marketplace’s brand-gating and intellectual-property rules, and we list in gated categories only where we are properly approved to sell. If your brand is gated on Walmart, we will follow your approval process and provide whatever documentation you or Walmart require.
What happens to my products if we end the authorization?
If you withdraw or decline to renew an LOA, we stop sourcing new units immediately and, on a timeline we agree with you, sell through or remove remaining authorized inventory and take down the associated listings. You always have a named contact to coordinate an orderly wind-down — no surprises.
Do you carry liability insurance?
We can provide a certificate of insurance appropriate to the engagement on request. Tell us the coverage type and limits you require during onboarding, and we will confirm what we carry or put the appropriate coverage in place before we list.
How do you handle product recalls?
If you or a regulator issue a recall, we act fast: we pull the affected listings, stop fulfillment of impacted lots, and follow your recall instructions for customer notification and returns. Because we track lot and date information on the consumables we carry, we can identify and isolate affected inventory quickly.
Will you help police unauthorized sellers of my products?
Yes. As part of the partnership we monitor for unauthorized or out-of-policy listings of your products on Walmart and flag or report diverters to you and to the marketplace. Authorizing one disciplined, identifiable partner makes the remaining unknown sellers easier to find and remove.
