Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed with Infinite Finds LLC through our Walmart Marketplace storefront are processed and delivered. Orders may be fulfilled directly by us or through Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS); in all cases, the delivery estimate shown at checkout on Walmart is the controlling timeline for your order.

1. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

2. Delivery times

Estimated delivery is generally 2–7 business days after an order ships, depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. The estimated arrival date shown on your Walmart order confirmation is the most accurate timeline for your specific order.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout on Walmart before you complete your purchase. Many items qualify for free shipping under Walmart’s programs; eligibility is shown on each product page.

4. Carriers & tracking

We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected based on the item, weight, and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information is made available through your Walmart account and any shipping-confirmation notifications Walmart sends.

5. Delivery area

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Availability for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may be limited and is indicated at checkout where applicable. We do not currently offer international shipping.

6. Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can before the order ships.

7. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us at contact@infinitefinds.company with your order number. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate (see our Returns Policy).
